"Helping people, changing lives, seeing people do things physically they never thought possible.

Massage is a deep passion for me.

There is no better feeling than waking up in the morning knowing that you will change a life through bodywork and movement. There can't be enough said about the benefits of soft tissue manipulation.Educating my clients is what I love most, teaching them about anatomy and physiology, how the body works".

Deep Tissue

Do you sit at a desk often? Drive a lot? Work out 3 or more times a week?

Deep tissue massage delivers slow, deliberate movements that are beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension.

Therapeutic Massage

Do you hold stress in your body? Do you feel the tension build up in your body?

Therapeutic massage is a great balance between Deep Tissue & Swedish Massage.

Myofascial Release (MFR)

Do you need to relax and release tension? Is your range of motion being affected?

The goal is to treat connective tissue restrictions that can cause chronic pain.

Strain - Counterstrain

Do you have chronic pain? An injury? Constant neck pain?

A more gentle technique, this treatment moves the affected limb away from the painful, restricted area to increase range of motion.

Orthopedic Massage

Focused on soft-tissue injury rehabilitation, the goal of this treatment technique is to decrease pain and increase range of motion.

Structural Integration

Structural integration is a combination of therapies that work to lengthen, stretch and soften the body and restore postural balance. With increased ease of movement, you'll feel more at home in your own body.

Sports Massage

Are you an athlete? Runner? Do you work out daily for hours at a time?

Sports massage is a perfect choice for sore muscles that are in need of focused work. This type of muscle treatment is used to increase and improve circulation into the muscle and help relax tight muscles.

A type of alternative therapy that originated in Egypt, this involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow and relieving pain.

Commonly used in Holistic medicine.

Graston Technique

Graston Technique incorporates a patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function.

With red light therapy, you expose your skin to a lamp, device, or laser with a red light.

A central part of the cell called mitochondria (a.k.a. the “power generators” of your cells) soak it up and make more energy. Some experts think this helps cells repair themselves and become healthier. This is also thought to spur healing in skin and muscle tissue.

Floatation therapy uses sensory deprivation to provide an immediate effect on pain relief, the elimination of stress and helps to eliminate brain fog. People from all walks of life have experienced enormous benefits from floatation therapy utilizing floatation tanks.

Floating produces many mental and physical benefits

The feeling of weightlessness produced by the buoyancy eliminates the body’s pressure points relieving muscle tension that in many cases is responsible for chronic back and neck pain, headaches and stress. The water combined with the Epsom Salt give the body complete support allowing tense muscles to slowly relax and slowly alleviate muscle pain.

Other benefits of floating:

  • Improved Sleep/Reduced Insomnia
  • Alleviate Pregnancy Discomfort
  • Relief from Arthritis Pain and Inflammation
  • Enhanced Athletic Performance
  • Quicker Recovery from Athletic Injuries & Muscle Strains
  • Immune System Boost

Stress Relief

The deep relaxation achieved while floating enables the brain to reach the Theta State. In this state, the body releases endorphins that remove Cortisol “the Stress Hormone”, Adrenaline, ACTH and Lactate from the blood stream. The result of increased Endorphins in the blood stream is lower stress and reduced pain, fatigue and muscle tension.

As a final benefit, these feelings remain with you for several days.

Pain Relief

While floating the body reaches a state of deep relaxation that otherwise can only be reached when sleeping. During this deep relaxation, the body releases Endorphins: the body’s “Natural Painkillers”. After the Float session the body will continue releasing Endorphins so the beneficial effects will last for several days.

Muscle pain due to overworked muscles, as in the case of athletes, will find a much faster pain relief since production of Endorphins will greatly reduce the levels of lactic acid in the blood stream.

Floating also helps reducing pain produced by inflammation, strains, sprains, bruises, muscle soreness and exercise.

In just 2 visits with Thayne, he has greatly reduced my knee pain, and is now helping me put a nutritional program together for my family and myself to help me lose weight, to help with my recuperation from my injury. Thayne, thanks brother, and I look forward to continue working to being able to kick the ball around with my daughter again, thanks to you!"

"Thayne is very professional and loves what he does as it shows through in his work. I went in barely able to move my neck and left feeling brand new. So nice to know there is someone there who genuinely cares about wanting to help you get better. Would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!"
